Refund policy
Spread the Word does not accept returns and refunds cannot be issued in the event a Spread the Word Subscription bundle is shipped back to our warehouse.
If a purchased subscription arrives damaged or is missing an item, our team will look into the matter and see if that box or single item can be reshipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
